If your organization already established its mission and values but finds itself stuck in DEI fatigue, urgency culture, or survival mode, you are poised for a deeper level of maturity. We typically partner with leaders who recognize that traditional, check-box equity initiatives lack the longevity to survive institutional, social, and political pressure.

  • Fees vary based on the scope, duration, and nature of engagement. We offer customized pricing for coaching, consulting, facilitation and as needed projects. There is always a goal to be fully transparent up front for all collaborators. 

  • Engagements are flexible and responsive to client needs. We could work on a focused session of 3-6 months or develop a long-term partnership. Together we will determine the best timeline that supports meaningful progress and sustainability.
