Why The Joy Praxis exists

Joy is something that folks say they value, but they rarely practice it. People are tired of having to fragment themselves. Choosing strategy or care, rigor or rest, professionalism or wholeness is not the only way to grow. We focus on the body, community, direction and developing language that reflects how real people actually want to live, lead, and learn.

The joy work produced in collaboration with our partners moves from intention to practice at the personal and organizational level.

“Devin created a warm, affirming, and joy-centered space that allowed participants to authentically engage with the theme of joy as both a personal practice and a form of self-preservation.”
